Research Committee
The Standing Committee on Research in Economics was set up in 2007 to contribute to the first mission of the EEA: the development and application of economics as a science in Europe (EEA Statutes, Art. 3).
About
The mission of the Research Committee is to gather information on research governance and best practices worldwide, serve as a forum for debate and dissemination, and support the EEA Executive Committee and Council in formulating policy measures that strengthen economics as a science in Europe and in establishing links with other learned societies and any other organization that contributes to the European research policy debate.
